What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email, agency (optional), topic and message.
• Case-study download form: your name, email and agency.
• Quote request form: your name, email, agency (optional), project description, budget range and timeline.
• Booking: details you give when booking a call through Cal.com.
• Usage data: anonymous analytics and performance data (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights).
• Security data: your IP address is used for spam protection and rate limiting.

How we use it

To reply to inquiries and quote requests, send the case studies you requested, follow up about them, keep your name and email as a contact in our email provider, run and secure the website, and improve it.

Service providers

We use providers to run the site, including Vercel (hosting and analytics), Cloudflare (Turnstile spam protection), Cal.com (booking), and an email provider (Resend or SMTP) to send and receive email. They process data on our behalf.

Retention

We keep inquiries and leads for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop receiving email from us, by writing to info@sialorix.com.
